Privacy policy
What data we receive when you contact us, why, and your rights.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Nuxial Group LLC (CLIIK), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: by WhatsApp at +33 6 01 46 65 71.
The data we receive
When you book a call, the booking form sends us your last name, your first name, your phone number, your email address if you provide it, and the time slot you chose.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the content of your messages.
The site itself does not ask you for any information and does not set any advertising tracking cookies. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser) for security purposes and to keep the service running properly.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange the call you requested, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, perform the contract. This processing is based on the steps you take before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Data about a contact who does not become a client is kept for no more than 3 years after the last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract, then for as long as legal retention obligations require.
Who has access
The CLIIK staff in charge of replying to you, and our technical providers: iClosed (appointment booking), WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service (messaging), and Vercel Inc. (hosting). Some of these providers, like our company, are established in the United States: your data may therefore be processed there, subject to the safeguards provided for by the applicable regulations.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its erasure or the restriction of its processing, object to its use, or request its portability. Simply write to us on WhatsApp at the number given above. We reply within 1 month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (in France, the CNIL, the French data protection authority).
